UK postage information
Postage charges are based on the cost of your order. The price of postage for your order will not come up in your cart but will come up before you confirm payment.

We use Royal Mail First Class service as standard on all orders.
We dispatch nearly all orders by the next working day so delivery usually takes 1-2 working days but please allow for up to five days.
If there are any problems which may delay your order for any reason we will contact you within a couple of days.
If you have any delivery problems or your order hasn't arrive with in a week please contact us.

Returns
If for any reason you would like to return anything from your order you are more than welcome to. We aim to process refunds with in a few days of receipt. Only the value of the item will be refunded, postage costs will not be refunded.
We recommend using our samples request service before making an order, especially for larger orders to avoid disappointment and additional cost of returning the order.
Please ensure the item or items are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
To make it as easy as possible for you to return your order follow the simple steps below.
1. Tick the item or items you are returning on the dispatch note.
2. Place the item you are returning and dispatch note in a postage bag, you can reuse the bag they came in. (Please fold any fabric back in the way it came if possible.)
3. Return your order using the details included on your invoice.
The most economical way of returning your package is via Royal Mail's standard delivery. Ensure you get a proof of postage receipt, which is free unlike recorded delivery. Packages sent by both services can get lost and you can claim for both if they are lost.
